We didn't come from landscaping. We came from design.
John and MarLa Rodriguez took ownership of Bayview in 2025. John brings 20 years of graphic design experience. MarLa brings 30 years of interior architecture. Both are graduates of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
When they took over Bayview, they inherited a crew with 37 years of field expertise and an average tenure of 18 years. What they added was a design eye that most landscape companies simply don't have.
